How do I setup my Tax rate?

You can access the Tax Rate dialog by opening the 'Options' (Preferences on Mac) dialog, click the 'Tax' tab, and click 'Add' to create a new tax rate eg. Tax Name: PST at 5%, or select an existing tax rate and click Edit to edit tax rate details.
